Single-rotor hammer grinder RM-M
Single-rotor hammer grinder RM-M
Single-rotor hammer grinder RM-M driven by an electric motor, designed for grinding process and fuel chips, shavings, veneer, pieces of bark, small wood waste generated in the production of lumber and plywood, as well as other bio-products to the required fraction.
The resulting fine fraction is used in technological lines for the production of fuel briquettes and granules (pellets), special porous bricks, wood-polymer materials, to obtain biologically active substances, in physicochemical technological processes.
From the electric motor, through the V-belt pulleys, the rotation is transmitted to the rotor shafts. The rotor consists of a central shaft and discs structurally connected to four axles, on each of which hammers sit freely. Under the action of the centrifugal force of inertia, the hammers occupy a radial position and the incoming material is crushed into small fractions. The finished crushed fraction passes through a sieve into the centrifugal fan branch pipe and is sucked out of the machine.
