Shredding hammer complex RM-MK driven by an electric motor, designed for grinding wood into sawdust.
The resulting fraction is used in technological lines for the production of fuel briquettes and granules (pellets), special porous bricks, wood-polymer materials, for the production of biologically active substances, in physical and chemical technological processes. The complex consists of two stages: I - a disc crusher for crushing wood into chips, II - a hammer crusher crushes chips to the minimum fraction.
The disc crusher is loaded with waste Ø 160 mm, width 240 mm. The chipper pulls in the wood using rollers. A counter knife and a disc with 2 chopping knives and 4 blades for cod removal are installed in the body. The cod is blown out through the triskoprovid and enters the metering hopper, with the help of the auger it is fed into the hammer crusher. From the electric motor, through the V-belt pulleys, rotation is transmitted to the rotor shaft. The rotor consists of a central shaft and discs structurally connected to four axes, on each of which hammers can freely rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the hammers occupy a radial position and the incoming material is crushed into small fractions. The finished crushed fraction passes through a sieve into the centrifugal fan branch pipe and is removed from the machine
