Our company offers a complete technical solution, both for crushing and sorting solid waste, garbage waste, non-toxic commercial and mixed solid waste (municipal solid waste). The line is used in landfills, or separately built factories for crushing and sorting various waste: household waste, mixed waste, construction waste, organic and inorganic waste, waste paper and polymers, with the aim of their further reuse and disposal.
Our line consists of:

Waste loading bin
Raw materials are loaded into the garbage hopper (item 1 fig. 1), with a volume of 2m3, by a loader or directly from a car. (In the case of a complete line with a chopping machine, loading is carried out directly from the conveyor of the machine). The hopper is equipped with a removable side, which can be rearranged depending on the desired loading side.
From the hopper for loading, the raw material is fed by a loading conveyor (rubberized belt) to a drum-type separator. The bunker is equipped with an emergency button for stopping the conveyor. Conveyor drive: gear motor 5.5 kW; conveyor belt with corrugated surface: width 1.0 m, length 6.1 m, belt speed 2.5 m/s.
Hopper dimensions: length 2.5 m; width 1.6 m; height 1.5 m. Weight of the bunker 1.8 tones.
Drum-type separator
From the hopper, by means of a conveyor, the material is fed into a drum-type separator (pos. 2 fig. 1), which is designed for sifting organic and biological waste. The separator is a drum-type metal structure with an internal two-screw auger, sheathed with a metal mesh of two sections with mesh sizes of 30 × 30mm and 50 × 50mm, which is placed on a metal frame. On the inside of the separator there are also knives for breaking plastic bags.
When the drum rotates, the material passes through the entire separator 30% of the material, mainly organic and biological waste is sieved, the visible material can be used for landfill reclamation or for further composting.
The drum is driven through four wheels from one 5.5 kW gear motor.
The drum rotation speed is 9.1 rpm. The length of the 2 western drum auger is 60 meters.

If necessary, the drum can be completed with limiting plates that are attached to the supports, or a waste bin.
Sorting cabin
After sifting in a drum, the rest of the bulky waste is transported along a conveyor to a special sorting booth for manual sorting of waste into separate types: paper, polymer waste, wood, leather, glass, metal, etc. The sorted raw materials are collected in storage bins with a volume of 0.2 m3. The bottom of the hopper is designed in such a way that, with the help of a counterweight, it allows you to adjust the amount of raw materials. After the weight of the raw material reaches the required one, the bottom opens and the waste is poured into containers placed under the sorting booth. The number and type of containers depends on the possibility of their transportation. The number of jobs in the sorting booth depends on the amount of waste that is being sorted and is eight or sixteen people.
The cab is equipped with exhaust ventilation, a heating system, lighting, and emergency shutdown buttons for the movement of the conveyor belt, located between the workstations on the conveyor frame. The cab also contains an electrical control panel for the entire line.
The rest of the material that remains from the sorting goes to burial.
The width of the conveyor belt is 1.4 m, the speed of the belt is 0.1 - 0.3 m / s. The length of the sorting cabin with the conveyor is 15.5 m., The width is 4.6 m., The total weight is 6.5 tons.
The line is mounted on a solid, level surface, when using concrete or asphalt, if necessary, metal plates are placed under the supports of the cab and separator to reduce the load.
If it is necessary to grind the raw material at the inlet, instead of the feed hopper, a VB 650 or VB 750 primary grinder can be installed.
